At Everglow Psychology & Wellbeing, we aim to do things a little differently. We don’t want you to feel like a number, but rather, we want you to feel welcomed into a tranquil space where you are truly valued. It is really important to us that Everglow Psychology & Wellbeing is a safe and confidential place for all of our clients and staff, and we welcome any feedback you may have.

At Everglow Psychology & Wellbeing we aim to provide the best care that we can, by ensuring that we stay up to date with current research and attend continuing professional development courses.
Who We Treat
We offer individual therapy to children, adolescents and adults. We use evidence-based treatments including: Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy and Compassion-Focused Therapy. Whilst we use a range of different modalities, what is most important to us at Everglow Psychology is treating the individual, therefore, treatment plans are tailored to accommodate their individual needs.
Both Telehealth (online) and In-Person options available.
Whilst we have a particular interest in treating trauma and trauma-related conditions, we provide treatment for a range of psychological difficulties and physical health concerns, including (but not limited to!):

We also recognise that seeing a psychologist does not have to be purely for those who are experiencing psychological distress. We equally welcome clients who are wanting to further their self-development, through working on things such as perfectionism, goal setting and general life concerns.
