FEES & REBATES
Service fees and rebates at Everglow Psychology & Wellbeing vary depending on which therapist you see, the type of service provided, and the duration of the service. As the fees may vary depending on which practitioner you see, please contact the clinic for more information.
Private Patient
A referral is not necessary to schedule an appointment; you're welcome to book directly with us. Opting for private payment is also available if you choose not to seek a GP referral. Please be aware that in this case, the service fee of 100% will be applicable, and unfortunately, no rebate will be available. Though we don't facilitate private health fund claims on-site, we will gladly provide you with an invoice copy that you can independently use to submit your claim for reimbursement.
Medicare
You may be entitled to Medicare rebates for up to 10 eligible sessions in a calendar year if you provide us with a valid referral from your GP or psychiatrist. If you decide to obtain a GP referral (Mental Health Care Plan) or Psychiatrist referral, you may be eligible to receive a Medicare rebate of $93.35 to $137.05 per session (amount varying based on the psychologist). This rebate can be utilised for up to 10 sessions in a calendar year.

Bulk-Billing/Low Cost Options
Whilst we do not offer bulk billing services, we may have availability with a provisional psychologist whose services come at a reduced cost. For more information please contact us on 03 7064 4099 or you can email us at info@everglowpsychology.com.au

Third Parties
You may be seeking to have your treatment sessions covered by a third party including, but not limited to, WorkSafe Victoria, the Traffic Accident Commission, Open Place, the National Disability Insurance Scheme, and the Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal. Our session rates for these organisations may differ from the rates set by the practice. In some instances, there may be a ‘gap’ fee. This is the amount between what the third party will pay for your session and your clinician’s fee for the session. It's important to note that while we are not directly registered as an NDIS provider, we are able to accommodate NDIS clients who are either privately managed or plan managed.
Initial GP MHCP + Referral
Visit your GP to obtain a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP), where they will provide your referral for 6 sessions.
